Cannot Define Trainer Resources From Certain Business Groups (Doc ID 1490581.1)

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP4 version, Resources Definition & Booking

When defining Trainer Resources, people from certain business groups can not be selected.

R12.1 HRMS RUP4. Example: Customer has 13 HR Business groups defined with HQ in UK.

Customer has setup a Global Learning Model and trying to define new trainer resources as existing employees from other Business Groups.
Customer maintains a Global Org Hierarchy.

They are able to define new trainer resources as employees from UK, Israel, Korea etc.. but not able to define trainer from India, Denmark, US business groups.

The hierarchy has to include UK, Israel, Korea , India, Denmark, and the US

Customer is using the seeded OTA_TRAINER valueset & KFF.

To be able to define trainer from India, Denmark, US business groups.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigation: Learning Administrator>Resources
Resource Type= Trainer
Search Name:  TestEmp.....Loading

Error: The following require field does not have a value: Name

Unable to define trainer resources from other Business Groups
