Encounter Error "Unable to build the Supervisor Hierarchy, no person record exists with the person id XXXX as of sysdate" while submitting any Self-Service Transaction (Doc ID 1490785.1)

PLEASE NOTE: This KM note is applicable only for Supervisor Hierarchy that is built using the Supervisor tab of the Assignment Form.

When attempting to submit any Self-Service Transaction, the following error occurs

Error

ORA-20001: Unable to build the Supervisor Hierarchy, no person record exists with the person id 9999 as of sysdate.

Please contact your System Administrator to correct the data issue.

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login using "Employee Self-Service" responsibility.

2. Navigate to any function like Absence Management, Extra Information, Special Information etc.

3. Enter the details and go to Review Page.

4. Encounter the above error in Review Page.
