Symptoms
It was not possible to perform "Step 3. Run deployment script"
from Note 397174.1 - "Deploying a New Forms .ear File in Oracle Applications Release 12"
(as requested in Step 4.1
in Note 437878.1 - "Upgrading OracleAS 10g Forms and Reports in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12").
The txkCfgOC4JApp.pl script failed with error below:
