From Name Is Not Displaying From Email Center Queue (Doc ID 1491042.1)

Symptoms


When an email reaches the Email Center queue, the From field is blank when the sender's address begins with the characters '>>'.

The email does however display the From address correctly when the message is opened from the queue.
