Symptoms
When attempting to run the Mass Additions Create Program, the following error occurs.
ORA-30926: unable to get a stable set of rows in the source tables occurred in
->AP_MASS_ADDITIONS_CREATE_PKG.MASS_ADDITIONS_CREATE
with parameters (P_acctg_date: <accounting date>, P_bt_code: <Asset Book Code>)
while performing the following operation:
Update Invoice Distributions which are transferred to Asset
This happens on invoices which are correcting FREIGHT/MISC lines.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Payables Manager responsibility
2. Other > Requests
3. Click on Single Request or Request Set if running with report.
4. Enter Report Name (Mass Additions Create)
5. Enter Parameters
6. Click Ok
7. Click on Submit
Due to this issue, users cannot transfer assets.
