On : 12.1.3 version, Workflow,Approval,Common Funct in TEST instance

When leave is applied the request is appearing twice in Leave of Absence Summary page



STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into Employee Self Service responsibility.
2. Go to Absence Management function
3. Apply leave .
4.Verify the request is appearing twice in the Absence Summary page.

 Upgraded from 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.3
