Disputes Last Update Date and Last Updated By Field Not Updated After Dispute Is Cancelled

Attempting to cancel a dispute and the Cancel Dispute process does not populate Last Update Date or Last Updated By fields in RA_CM_REQUESTS_ALL table.
The creation date & last updated date are the same before and after the dispute cancellation.
The Status of the Dispute changed from PENDING_APPROVAL to CANCELLED but the last_update_date remains the same.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1) Before Creating a Dispute, ensure that there are no existing dispute on this Invoice Responsibility: Advanced Collections Navigation: Collections Query for customer Select the Transactions Tab Select Invoice Number. I should show Total Dispute = 0
2) Create a Dispute Responsibility: Advanced Collections Navigation: Collections Query for customer Select the History Tab Choose Type = Dispute Select Invoice from Above. Dispute is created. Note that the creation date & last update date are populated at the time of dispute creation.
3) Run the following script to see the creation date & last update date populated:
