iReceivables Self Registration Question Does Not Accept Multiple Languages (Doc ID 1491658.1)

Symptoms

A Verification Question in English has been created. If you login with your language set to English, the question is in English. If you change to French, the question changes to French. However, when you change back to English, the question does not change back to English, it remains in French.
