Not Able To Save Related Object Number in the Notes Section in Service Request Form (Doc ID 1491733.1)

In the Contact Center -> Service Request Tab

Actual Behavior

When adding Related To information in the Notes section, the information does not get saved unless information is added to the Note description field.

Expected Behavior

Expect to be able to save the Related information without a description.

Steps to Reproduce

1) Create Service Request via the Contact Center
2) Enter Related Object = Order Number
3) Save the Service Request
4) Re-query the Service Request , the order number information is not available
