ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The iProcurement application does not enforce mandatory validation on 'Intended Use' field at the line level on the Requisition Information: Edit Lines > Billing page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The iProcurement application enforces mandatory validation on 'Intended Use' field at the line level on the Requisition Information: Edit Lines > Billing page.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into iProcurement and create a requisition.
2. From the 'Checkout: Requisition Information' page, the 'Intended Use field is made required through personalizations. The validation check works fine if there a no multiple lines. However, if the there are multiple lines, the 'Intended Use' field in not displayed on the 'Checkout: Requisition Information' page. The 'Intended Use' field is displayed at the line level on the 'Requisition Information: Edit Lines > Billing page. However, the application does not enforce the required personalization.
