E-Business Suite R12 Applications Technology Stack, IAS for Applications Technology issues
Users report the R12 login page cannot be accessed as it loads for a while and then goes to blank page.
After multiple attempts to access the login page URL, it will eventually allow access so the issue is intermittent.
