ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After applying patch 13984487:R12.PO.B, when query quotations on FORM 'Find Quotations', column 'Supplier' & 'Site' disappeared.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected column 'Supplier' & 'Site' for quotation under query mode could be used as normal function.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. After applying patch 13984487:R12.PO.B for upgrading file version into POXSCERQ.fmb 120.41.12010000.16.
2. Query quotation, on FORM 'Find Quotations', found column 'Supplier' & 'Site' disappeared.
BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot query quotation with reference supplier information.
