Service Charges: Error When Selecting An Item: "No return routing rule was identified for this item." (Doc ID 1492146.1)

Symptoms

Error message when selecting an Item in the Service Request Charges form.
Note: This error occurs when selecting the Item, not when submitting Charges.

Error:

No return routing rule was identified for this item.

Steps:

(R) Service
(N) Service Requests > Create Service Requests

 - Enter Customer information
 - Enter Item information
 - Navigate to the Charges tab > Action subtab
 - Select Item from LOV
 => Error appears.

What is Working:

- Charges can be submitted successfully after bypassing the message.
  This message comes up more as a warning.
- Able to create an order directly in Order Management for the same Customer, Operating Unit, Business Process, Service Activity and Item.
