Prepare Mass Additions

Via Prepare Mass Additions form, changing

- the queue name and DPIS

-simply attempting to change the DPIS on a mass addition in the NEW queue

Getting the following error

FRM-40735: WHEN-VALIDATE-ITEM trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01403 error in the mass additions screen.
