SR To EAM Type Link Is Not Working. Unable to assign Service Requests to Work Orders. (Doc ID 1492317.1)

Symptoms

Problem Description:
The list of values returns no record for existing service requests in work order details page nor in create / update work order page.

Expect to see all maintenance type service requests.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Service responsibility > Service Request > Create Service Request
2. Create Service Request of type that supports Asset Maintenance
3. Maintenance Super User > Work Orders
4. Crete/Update work order > Open the Request Number LOV.
5. LOV is empty
