UPK: " Client Cannot Connect to the Server Running Incompatible Version"

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After installing the Enablement Service Pack, for example (ESP1) for UPK 11.1 on a machine that hosts both the client and the server, the following message occurs when opening the UPK Developer Client:
Client cannot connect to the server because it is running an incompatible version.
Please verify that the server and the client are compatible or choose another library location.
