When Auto Scheduling/ Schedule The Task Getting Error: java.lang.Exception: cannot create request object (Doc ID 1492827.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Task Scheduling & Assignment

When attempting to schedule a Task in Dispatch Center, the following error occurs:

[oracle.apps.csr.db.server.RequestQuery.execute.start] RequestQuery execute started
java.lang.Exception: cannot create request object
at oracle.apps.csr.db.server.AppsDatabase.loadRequest(AppsDatabase.java:2229)
at oracle.apps.csr.service.server.RequestFactory.createRequest(RequestFactory.java:75)
at oracle.apps.csr.service.server.SchedulerManager.executeRequest(SchedulerManager.java:132)
at oracle.apps.csr.conc.auto.AutonomousProgram.runProgram(AutonomousProgram.java:184)
at oracle.apps.fnd.cp.request.Run.main(Run.java:157)



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Dispatch Center.
2. Query a Task.
3. Use Schedule Advice UI or Auto Scheduler to schedule this Task.
