Goal

INTERNAL REQUISITION DESTINATION SUBINVENTORY - SHOULD BE REQUIRED WHEN SHIPPING.

If the destination subinventory is not required on the internal requisition form. In the case where the shipping network between the source and destionation inventory orgs on the IR is setup as Direct, and nothing is populated in the dest subinv, the inventory material transaction will fail and need to be repaired manually in the interface.
