An Unexpected Error When Attempting To Save Bank Contact Without Entering Value In The Required Fields like Email Or Start Date

In the Banks Contact Information,When attempting to remove start date and click Apply button, the system displays the below error and automatically logs out the user.,
You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.
Responsibility: Cash Management
Navigation: Setup > Banks > Query the Bank
1. Click on Update
2. Go To: Bank Contact
3. Create Contact
In the Banks Contact Information, provide all the required information:
Start Date, etc.
Contact saved successfully.
4. Update the Contact:
Last name left null
System error is displayed:
“Both the first name and last name cannot be null for a person record. Please enter the first name, last name or both.”
5. Provided the First Name and Last name and Apply entered information, then click Update icon.
6. Remove the start date.
7. Click apply button. The system encountered an unexpected error and automatically logs out the user.
