When the description of a Local Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) line contains "new line" characters, Purchase Requisitions created from this BPA line in iProcurement cannot be autocreated into a Blanket Release.
The follow errors occurs
1-CREATEPO worfklow fails a FND_AS_UNEXPECTED_ERROR
2-AUTCREATE with AUTOMATIC mode fails the following message:
"APP-PO-14024: You cannot automatically autocreate a blanket release because at least on requisition line: 78983, 1 has a one time item on it.
please use the manual mode and select the blanket purchase order source line against which you wish to create the release"
2-AUTCREATE with MANUAL mode fails the following message:
"This requisition line cannot be matched with any of the blanket purchase order lines."
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Local BPA line with an item description that contains new line characters :
Garbage Bags and Liners: Hi-Density, CLEAR. Flat Type. 40 inch x 48 inch,
40-4 gal., 17 Mic. ($0.0674/ea.)
2. Create a requision in iProcurement for the one time item above on this local BPA
3. Approve the Req
4. The requisition cannot be autocreated
