How to monitor Open_cursors within Configurator

Goal
Observing problem with open_cursors not getting closed from Configurator sessions of the EBS applications.
Noticed open_cursors of same session for Configurator keep growing with passage of time even after the users
logout of Applications and than logback again on next day.
Following is the trend of Same Configurator sessions increase of open_cursors with passage of time.

You can see from above every day number of cursors growing for same configurator session id.
