Symptoms

Attempting to query a transaction either from Transaction Summary form or Transactions Entry form, receive the following error:

 

Balance Forward Billing as a feature is not used.

 

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Transactions Batches Summary > Transaction Summary
                    OR
                    Transactions > Transactions
Query Transaction Number
error is returned
