Order Number Column in iProcurement Requisition View is Blank Even When the Requisition is Already Autocreated to a CLM Award / Purchase Order (Doc ID 1493239.1)

Symptoms

Order Number column in iProcurement Requisition view is blank even when the requisition is already autocreated to a CLM Award / Purchase Order (PO).

The link to the PO/Award drill-to capability is a key capability in iProcurement. Due to this issue, there is no way to review the PO from iProcurement.

Steps To Reproduce
1. Navigate to iProcurement.
2. Click Requisitions tab and then Requisitions sub tab.
3. See the list of Requisitions and Order column shown, however there are no values populated in the Order column.
The requisitions are already created onto a PO / CLM Award, but the Order number is not shown in the requisition list view in iProcurement
