Question Regarding Ekanban (Doc ID 1493421.1)

Goal

1. There is some references that I have seen that indicate that Oracle has a new E-KANBAN application (released at 12.2). I have not been able to find a user guide or implementation guide for this new app. Is there one available? Also trying to understand if this is part of another application or a standalone app.
2. Is this new functionality available in 12.1.3?
