Revenue Contingency Assignment To Customer Profile Class Is Not Working (Doc ID 1493501.1)

Goal

When a Revenue contingency assignment is rule based on Customer Profile Class, the contingency is not being applied even though the condition is met.

As per <Note 1120173.1>, the issue is fixed by applying the <Patch 9562310>; however, the issue still exists for even after applying the patch.
