Tabs Mixed Up on Empty Service Request Form (Doc ID 1493644.1)

Symptoms

On release 12.1.2/12.1.3

On an empty Service Request form, the Tabs are not displayed correctly and mixed up, when clicking on the Tabs in this order:

- focus is on Workbench tab.
- click on Task tab
- click on Contacts/addresses tab -> workbench tab is shown, party over the Contacts tab.

OR:

- focus is on Workbench tab.
- click on Task tab
- click on Interactions tab -> workbench tab is shown, party over the Interactions tab.
