Steps

Note: R11i navigation is via Oracle Diagnostics, but R12 uses Application Diagnostics

1. Navigate to Oracle Diagnostics responsibility > Advanced tab

2. Choose Application = Inventory

3. Attempt to run a diagnostic report : Setup: Item Data Collection

4. Get the error.
