Currency does not default from Opportunity on Quote Created From Opportunity (Doc ID 1494060.1)

On : 11.5.10.2 and R12.1.3 versions, FORMS User Interface

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

The currency is changed when a quote is created from opportunity.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the currency on the quote to be the same as was shown on the opportunity it was created from.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 

  1) Select TeleSales Manager/Agent Responsibility
  2) Open eBusiness center
  3) Find/Create opportunity with Budget Amount and Txn Amount with currency = CAD
  4) Click Create Quote
  5) Change Order Type to Mixed
  6) Notice that the currency remains as CAD
  7) Click Create Quote
  8) Quote was created with currency = USD
