Currency does not default from Opportunity on Quote Created From Opportunity

The currency is changed when a quote is created from opportunity.

Expect the currency on the quote to be the same as was shown on the opportunity it was created from.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 

  1) Select TeleSales Manager/Agent Responsibility
  2) Open eBusiness center
  3) Find/Create opportunity with Budget Amount and Txn Amount with currency = CAD
  4) Click Create Quote
  5) Change Order Type to Mixed
  6) Notice that the currency remains as CAD
  7) Click Create Quote
  8) Quote was created with currency = USD
