The Service Contracts Search Form Errors Intermittently After Clicking the Clear Button and Performing Another Search (Doc ID 1494197.1)

Intermittently, when attempting to do multiple searches in the Service Contracts Search form, the following error occurs.

APP-JTF-210604: Program Error: Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:

jtf_grid.populate package reports error:
An unexpected error occurred in jtf_grid.populate

The following information is available:

The error is most likely in the form of the metadata definition. Please check the following alert for the error code.
The error stack is (first 1000 bytes)

ORA-01008: not all variables bound
ORA-06512: at "APPS.JTF_GRIDDB", line 837
ORA-06512: at "APPS.JTF_GRIDDB", line 878

1. Using a Service Contracts responsibility.
2. Navigate to the Contracts Launchpad.
3. Click on the Search (flashlight) icon.
4. Search for Contract.
5. Click on Clear button.
6. Search again doing a different search e.g. using the "Known As" field.
7. Get a message that search may take a long time.
8. Click Continue.
9. Get the indicated error.
