Information in this document applies to any platform.
After upgrading from 12.1.1 to 12.1.3 an error occurs when updating the status for a Task from a Service request form.
What is Working:
No error is raised in Task Manager form.
Please inform your support representative that an error has occurred in the DeleteRows for the datasource CS_SERVICE_TASKS
An invalid range (12,12) has been passed to this function
Please ensure that the startRow and endRow are in the range 1-11 and the endRow is greater than the startRow
(N) Service Requests > Create Service Request
- Open an existing Service request
- Go to the Tasks Tab
- Change Task Status
=> Error occurs.
