LPN Stuck With Error ORA-01403: No Data Found In Package INV_RCV_STD_INSPECT_APIS

Symptoms

When attempting to perform LPN (Licence Plate Number) inspection on mobile, the following error occurs:

ERROR

ORA-01403: no data found in Package INV_RCV_STD_INSPECT_APIS Procedure range_serial_process.

In addition, the INV mobile log shows the following messages:

STEPS

1. Go to: Whse Mgmt Mobile
2. Navigate to: Inspect LPNs
3. Enter LPN
4. Select Serial number
5. Press tab and get error.
