Symptoms

When trying to save a Project-related Invoice or Requisition the following error occurs:

 

pa_acc_gen_wf_pkg.ap_inv_generate_account
Error Stage:
ORA-20002: 3135:'Wf_Item_Activity_Status.Set_Error(error_process)' is not permitted in synchronous processes
