Trade Management Claims Are Getting Closed With Out Approval

Claims are getting closed if we press the confirm button once and then go back and confirm again



  1.Create claim through receipts
  2.Open the claim in trade management and submit for approval
  3.Use browser back button, go back to approval page and click confirm again
  4.Claim will get closed and will be written off the receipt
  5.Approval emails are still going to people but it doesn't matter if they
  reject or approve as claim is already closed
