Goal

In the XLAIQACL : 12.0.31 Revenue Review form when drilling down to Tools -> View Accounting for revenue processed by the PRC: Create Accounting in Draft mode shows nothing in the form. This only occurs when PRC: Create Accounting was run in Draft, final is fine and historical is fine from upgrade.
