Symptoms
It is possible to create Standard Purchase Order with amount more than the agreed amount in Global Blanket Purchase Agreement (GBPA).
Steps to reproduce:
1. Created a Global Blanket Purchase Agreement (GBPA#1) for the agreed amount of 1000
2. Created and Approved a Standard Purchase Order #1 for amount of 800 and referring GBPA#1
3. Created another Global Blanket Purchase Agreement (GBPA#2) for the same agreed amount of 1000
4. Created and Approved another Standard Purchase Order #2 for amount of 800 and referring GBPA#2
5. Amended the Standard Purchase Order #1 and using the catalog change the reference to GBPA#2 and approve (no error was prompted)
6. Now the GBPA#2 is used in two Standard Purchase Order with total release amount of 1600
