Goal

The customer would like to implement complex business audit scenarios and trap all the exceptions on to expense reports while employee submits expense report .  Customization of the AP_WEB_AUDIT_HOOK.audit_expense_report, however results in the API hook always returning only one exception even though an expense report have multiple audit exceptions.  

Is this expected behavior?
