Symptoms

When running PRC: Distribute Expense Report Adjustments get errors:


ERROR

pacgud: Error inserting cost distribution lines for New Eis,
pacgud: ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("PA"."PA_COST_DISTRIBUTION_LINES_ALL"."AMOUNT")


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Projects responsibility, navigate to Project Expenditure Inquiry, transfer source transaction of 'Oracle Payables Expense report' to another project and task.
2. Run PRC: Distribute Expense Report Adjustments

 

Note:  Other processes such as   PRC: Distribute Labor Costs and PRC: Distribute Usage and Miscellaneous Costs, PRC: Create and Distribute Burden Transactions and GMS: Costing and Fundschecking processes are affected too.The following will be the exceptions:

INV_DATA
NO_COMPILED_MULTIPLIER

The patch for the code fix will correct the exceptions and no data fix required.
