In Bills Of Material (BOM), the 'Copy Bill' tool menu incorrectly copies components and subcomponents that are no longer active with 'BOM Allowed' flag unchecked (Inactive Items).

APP-BOM-20093: bill of material copied for this organization.

Situation : Create a new bill (BOM2) as a copy from an original (BOM1). The bill of material (BOM1) has component (1100) where "bom allowed" is NO at item level. The inactive components copy to the new bill but expected them not to copy.

1. Navigate to Bills of Material (BOM) -> Bills -> Bills

2. Enter a new bill (BOM2).

3. Choose Tools -> Copy Bill from... choosing the original bill (BOM1)

Original Bill:
BOM1 (Active, BOM allowed)
|--1100 (Inactive, bom NOT allowed)

4. Copy to a new Bill (copy BOM1 to BOM2)

5. The item 1100 (that is not bow allowed) copies also to the new bill.

Actual results:
BOM2 (Active, BOM allowed)
|--1100 (Inactive, bom NOT allowed)

Expected results:
BOM2 (Active, BOM allowed)
|--(No Components)
