Symptoms

Attempting to review Payments using Collection Agent responsibility, but not able to view all organizatios.  How can we see all payments for all operating units?

Responsibility:  Collections Agent
Navigation:  History (type = Payment) > Right Click > Select Receipts Workbench from the list of values
