Symptoms

Using Purchasing, when importing requisitions - the Create Releases is automatically executed and ending in error.

Error:

"po.plsql.PO_RELGEN_PKG.CREATE_RELEASES.050 exception; SQL code: -20001"

Replication Steps:

1. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the Purchasing Module.
2. Engage the requisition import concurrent program which then calls Create Releases
3. The create releases fails - with errors.

The Create Releases would also fail if run as a standalone concurrent request.
