On Receipt Sumarry window, our customer uses a folder feature with query.
When opening the Receipt Summary window, some receipt records are listed by the query of folder.
When users search some receipts with the Find Receipts window, the query condition of folder does not work effectively.
The folder is disregarded. The results listed only on the condition of the Find Receipts screen.
The system should alwayscombine each conditions of query and should search with the folder condition.
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Receipts > Receipts Summary > Search for records with RECEIPT NUMBER field
Setup a folder using the following and Save
Open as Default: ON
Include Query: ON
Show Query: (Receipt Number LIKE 'a part of receipt name + %')
Click the Find (Flash Light) icon on tool bar and open Find Receipts window.
Choose "Unapplied" from status as condition and click "Find" button.
The query condition of folder is disregarded. Only the condition of "Find Receipts" is available.
