Auto Enrollment Pensions Report: Dates are different from both the pension info values & payroll period dates (Doc ID 1496094.1)

Symptoms


When running the Pensions Automatic Enrollment (PAE) process, where the auto enrollment date and the opt out period end date are provided, the results on the PAE reports, do not match those provided on the Pension Information element.  This inparticular affects the Postponement Period End date values, where the values are reported a day earlier than expected.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From UK HRMS Manager responsibility, or equivalent
2. Ensure that the employee has had their pensions information information entered, providing the qualifying scheme name, and auto enrollment date, and opt out period end date.
3. Run the PAE process and review the output files generated.
