FND_UNSUCCESSFUL_LOGINS shows question mark in the TERMINAL_ID column

When login to apps 11i using "wrong user name", then table FND_UNSUCCESSFUL_LOGINS shows question mark with "TERMINAL_ID". How can the IP address be verified ?
