R12: Unable To Find a Descriptive Flexfield in the 'Submit Payment Process Request' page

User has enabled the DFF on PPR, but for some reason it does not show in the 'Submit Payment Process Request' page.
1. Defined 2 segment for the 'Payment Process Requests' descriptive flexfield
2. Go to Payment Manager
3. Click on Payment Process Requests tab
4. Click on Submit Single Request:
5. Provide the Payment Process Request Name
6. Click on Additional Information tab, but the segments defined are not shown at all.
