R12: AP: Unable To Find A Descriptive Flexfield In The Submit Payment Process Request Page (Doc ID 1496330.1)

User has enabled the Descriptive FlexField (DFF) on a Payment Process request (PPR), but for some reason it does not show in the 'Submit Payment Process Request' page.


1. Defined 2 segment for the 'Payment Process Requests' descriptive flexfield
2. Go to Payment Manager
3. Click on Payment Process Requests tab
4. Click on Submit Single Request:
5. Provide the Payment Process Request Name
6. Click on Additional Information tab, but the segments defined are not shown at all.
