Symptoms
When attempting to generate report for a Talent Profile, the following error occurs.
ERROR

LANGUAGE_CODE not found in FND_LANGUAGES class java.sql.SQLException
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Logged in as manager self service
2. Select talent profile
3. Select employee
4. Select action printable profile
5. Select go
6. Select generate report
7. See the error
Additional Information

ExportModeFooterSectionAMImpl.java 120.0.12010000.2
General Preferences set to General English.
The issue also occurs when logged in with French Language
