Symptoms

Shipment transactions are stuck in the Install base error table with the following error.  The issue is cannot be reproduced at will.

Either Currency Code or Unit Price should co-exist or both should be emptied


STEPS
-----------------------

1. Create and complete a Sales Order for an Install Base trackable Item

2. Observe that the transaction fails with the noted error
