When Running Create Accounting Program, LOV For Parameter "Ledger" Has No Values. (Doc ID 1496726.1)

Goal

If I can't run create accounting in the GL for Inventory, then I go to Inventory to run it. However, the Concurrent program doesn't exist in Inventory either? So what then?

I removed the value in the profile

I tested the Create Accounting - Receiving request from NLS Purchasing Super User, I DID get a value from the LOV for Ledger. However, when I test from NLS General Ledger I still get the same issue.
