Symptoms

Not Able to approve intercompany transactions. Getting following error message

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01403: no data found
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FUN_RECIPIENT_WF", line 1881
ORA-06512: at line 1

The Workflow Status Monitor shows:
