When setting up an ASL (Nav. Supply Base > Approved Supplier List), under Attributes the Release Method can be set to any of the following values:
- Automatic Release
- Automatic Release / Review
- Release Using AutoCreate
In this specific case the release method is set to 'Release Using Autocreate'. Now when requisitions are being imported from Min-Max planning, this triggers the CREATEPO workflow and the requisitions are automatically converted into purchase orders.
But with release method set to 'Release Using Autocreate' this is not expected. Instead the CREATEPO workflow should not get triggered, and the document should remain in the autocreate pool (with supplier detail copied to it) for manual conversion into a PO.
