How To Change The System Calculated Tax Amount When Using Latin Tax Engine?

Try to change the system calculated tax amounts on the Tax Lines generated by Latin Tax Engine.  System will allow you to save the changes but will recalculate to the original tax amounts upon completing the transaction.
